If you are unable to attend The Anger & Stress Management Centre of SA, we may be able to assist you over the phone to:

• Sort out your Anger Management Problems
• Improve or even save your Relationship
• Reduce your levels of Stress
• Give you guidance with your Kids

The Telephone Rate is R300 per hour.

All calls are private and confidential and are pre-arranged at a mutually convenient time. Payment has to be made in advance, ideally by EFT, and then at the agreed time, you call the Centre and work with Shelton Kartun.

E-Mail Support

The Centre now offers E-mail correspondence sessions in Anger Management. This may be a more suitable and convenient approach for you to resolve ongoing issues at work or at home. In this way, you will be guided and supported in an individual way in your own time, and is ideal if you live in a remote part of SA and cannot attend a programme in person.

All emails are private and confidential. Please select which Email option suits you. We will then send you an invoice. Payment must be made in advance.

Package A: 300 Words

You send us a single email with a maximum of 300 words. Shelton will send you a 300 word response. Your email must be sent within one week of payment. Fee: R150.

Package B: 450 Words

You send us a single email with a maximum of 450 words. Shelton will send you a 450 word response. Your email must be sent within one week of payment. Fee: R200

Package C: 300 Words 3 times

You send us a Three emails, each with a maximum of 300 words. Shelton will send you a 300 word response in each case. Your first email must be sent within one week of payment and this package must be completed within 30 days. Fee: R350

Package D: 350 Words 5 times

You send us a Five emails, each with a maximum of 350 words. Shelton will send you a 350 word response in each case. Your first email must be sent within one week of payment and this package must be completed within 45 days. Fee: R550

Package E: 450 Words 10 times

You send us a Ten emails, each with a maximum of 450 words. Shelton will send you a 450 word response in each case. Your first email must be sent within one week of payment and this package must be completed within 90 days. Fee: R1400
